Kooth is a support service for 10 to 18-year-olds that you can access on any device that connects to the internet.

The team at Kooth are there to provide free, safe and anonymous online support and counselling. The team is made up of online counsellors and emotional wellbeing practitioners who can be at the end of the phone when you need it. The site is open every day, 24 hours a day; counselling sessions are available from 12 noon until 10pm on weekdays and from 6pm to 10pm on weekends.

Let's talk about how being online might impact us, the benefits and the downsides and think about ways we can manage when we are online or how it makes us feel afterwards. What does a healthy relationship with our online world look like?
Wednesday 12th March - We SEE you š Inspired by Young CarersĀ Action Day Letās look at raising awareness about the challenges young carers may face. Life as a young carer can be tough. This topic may impact you personally, or someone you know, or it could even be a reminder that people may be going through a challenging time at home that we may not be aware of. How could we support ourselves if we are caring for someone or how could we share some kindness or positivity to someone who may be caring for someone at home?

A social takeover to talk about strengths, who you are, things that make you feel proud and showing up as your most comfortable self! What makes you, you? Letās enjoy celebrating being ourselves no matter how different we may look, act or feel. Being you is your superpower! This is a safe space to celebrate us all.
Each live forum takes place between 7.30pm and 9pm. They will go live on the discussion board section of the site within that time. You will need to register anonymously with Kooth for free, then use the link below to access the forums.
