Kooth is a support service for 10 to 18-year-olds that you can access on any device that connects to the internet.
There are lots of features you can use for advice and support including:
The team at Kooth are there to provide free, safe and anonymous online support and counselling. The team is made up of online counsellors and emotional wellbeing practitioners who can be at the end of the phone when you need it. The site is open every day, 24 hours a day; counselling sessions are available from 12 noon until 10pm on weekdays and from 6pm to 10pm on weekends.

Recently it has been Autism Awareness Day. We think it is really important to raise awareness, whether you are autistic or have a friend or family member who is, the more we understand, the more we can accept and celebrate people's uniqueness. Here is a safe space to share stories and provide opportunities for people to share their thoughts, feelings and experiences with Autism.
Each Live Forum takes place between 7:30 and 9:00pm. They will go live on the discussion board section of the site within that time!

The Live forums are a social space, which means it's only fair that everyone gets a chance to have their say. For that reason, we have decided to introduce a new format to try and keep the forums organised and make sure everyone gets to have their say. We want to get everyone involved, so we can't always publish every comment if you send in lots at once. The forum will be split into 3 parts:
